Temporary Placement

You can hire our team members for short-term labour needs. A straightforward hourly rate includes all recruitment, pre-employment requirements, and insurances along with SWP's. This arrangement is ideal for projects with tight deadlines, covering staff absences, businesses experiencing varying workloads.

Temp-to-Perm Placement

Temp-to-Permanent (TTP) workers are placed under a client-based probation period in addition to the Temporary Placement model. This arrangement aims for direct employment after an agreed period, typically six months, without any sign-over fee. TTP is ideal for clients who have labor needs but lack the time or resources to handle the complete recruitment process on their own. We provide shortlisted candidates for your review while managing all other aspects of recruitment, mobilization, & payroll.
